Welcome to Emorrah Jewellery and Lifestyle LLP (“Emorrah”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.emorrah.com) and mobile application (together, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Emorrah reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account will be considered authorized by you. Please notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Products and Services

  • All products displayed on the Platform (including images, descriptions, and prices) are for informational purposes only.
  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur.
  • In such cases, we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel orders if necessary.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • International transactions may reflect applicable exchange rates and fees.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
  • Payments must be made via approved methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, international cards, etc.).
  • All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Emorrah is not liable for errors or breaches at the third-party payment provider’s end.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or external factors. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges

Certain products (e.g., personalized jewellery, final sale items) may be non-returnable. Refunds, if approved, will be initiated to the original payment method within the timelines specified in our policy.

7. Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or interfering with security features
  • Reselling, copying, or misusing Platform content, images, or products
  • Uploading false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or violating applicable law

Emorrah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these obligations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Platform (including trademarks, product designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and software) belongs exclusively to Emorrah Jewellery and Lifestyle LLP or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, or exploited without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or content on the Platform, you grant Emorrah a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share such content for marketing and service improvement. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emorrah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the product in question.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Emorrah makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or accuracy of product descriptions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Disputes may first be resolved through amicable negotiation or mediation before resorting to litigation.

13. Termination

Emorrah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform shall cease immediately, without affecting obligations or rights accrued prior to termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
