At Emorrah Jewellery and Lifestyle LLP (“Emorrah”, “we”, “our”), we aim to ensure that your jewellery products are delivered to you safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, delivery methods, and related responsibilities.
Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email / SMS upon successful placement.
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Timelines
Domestic Orders (India)
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
- Metro cities may receive faster delivery (2–4 business days).
International Orders
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen factors such as natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or government restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Cash on Delivery is available for orders valued above ₹1500, with a nominal shipping fee of ₹100.
International Shipping
- Shipping charges will be charged after checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local levies, where applicable.
- Delays caused by customs are beyond Emorrah’s control.
- Refusal to pay customs duties may result in order cancellation, with refund (if applicable) issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.
Delivery Partners
We partner with reputed logistics and courier providers (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, DHL, UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once the order leaves our facility, tracking updates are shared via email/SMS and accessible on our website/app.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided address.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful after repeated attempts due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, the product will be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
- If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept delivery and immediately inform us at ca**@*****ah.com.
- If accepted, please provide photographs/videos of the damaged packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at the time of placing an order. Emorrah will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Emorrah shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier delays, or government restrictions.
